According to reviewer Gayathri E., “MindManager transforms ideas to reality.” Another reviewer, Jonathan L., left a more substantive note on his experience with MindManager, describing how “it (has) an intuitive and easy-to-use interface and a wide range of features that makes it very versatile.”
He goes on to say “My favorite feature is the ability to create visually appealing mind maps that helped me brainstorm and organize my ideas. I also found the tool to be great for creating project plans and timelines, as it allowed me to easily see all the tasks and milestones in a given project. Another bonus was that MindManager integrated seamlessly with other software, such as Microsoft Office and Google Drive, which made it easy to collaborate with team members and share project updates. Overall, I found MindManager to be an invaluable tool for improving my productivity and organization.”
Parallels
Parallels® Desktop for Mac was recognized for fastest implementation in the G2 Summer 2023 Grid® for Remote Desktop, and Parallels ® Remote Application Server (RAS) received a “Users Love Us” badge!
On the G2 website, a verified user in the healthcare industry stated that Parallels RAS allows easy management of multiple virtual desktops and remote apps in one convenient location. A different verified Parallels RAS user reported that they value the simplicity of the solution, saying that “the RAS system from Parallels is extremely easy to get up and running quickly, and has a very nice interface. Especially if you compare it to the more involved solutions.”
One Parallels Desktop for Mac user, Christian L., reports that “as a Mac user, Parallels Desktop gives me the option of virtualization, which is very important to me as an IT administrator that has to test quite a lot of applications and their behavior in different operating systems”.

How G2 Grids and Awards work
G2 Grids gauge customer satisfaction and market presence by leveraging ratings derived from user-provided product reviews and market presence data.
According to the G2 website, “G2 rates products and sellers based on reviews gathered from our user community, as well as data aggregated from online sources and social networks. In addition, we apply a unique algorithm (v3.0) to this data to calculate scores in real time”
This enables the G2 team to calculate the customer satisfaction and market presence scores based on the following primary criteria:
- Customer satisfaction scores track customer satisfaction via the end-user product attributes listed in verified user-submitted reviews on the G2 site.
- Market presence scores are a combination of 15 metrics from G2’s user reviews, publicly available information, and third-party sources.
According to the G2 Research Scoring Methodologies Page, “Each input is normalized by category and segment. This means that scores are relative to other products in the category/segment and may change from segment to segment. The scores are then scaled from 0–100.”
